Foreign donations will be accepted strictly in compliance with FCRA regulations.

5. Tax Benefits

Donations made to Shree Sanatan Trust qualify for deduction under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961.

50% of the donated amount is eligible for deduction, subject to applicable limits.

The Trust is not responsible for individual donor tax liabilities or filing errors.

Personal data of donors (such as name, PAN, address, contact, payment details) is collected only for processing donations, issuing receipts, and legal compliance.
